How far in advance should I book?+
Most clients book 6–12 months out for weddings and 2–6 months for corporate. Premium dates (NYE, May–October Saturdays) book up to 18 months ahead.
Do you travel for destination events?+
Yes — we cover all 50 states. Travel fees are quoted transparently with each proposal.
What's required to secure my date?+
A signed agreement and a 30% deposit. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
Do you carry insurance?+
Yes, $2M general liability and venue-specific COIs are issued on request at no charge.
Can I customize a package?+
Absolutely — every package is a starting point. We tailor every event to your venue, vision, and guest count.
